Returns
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every order, and nothing here limits them. If a product has a problem — it arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or doesn’t do what we said it would — you’re entitled to a remedy: a refund or replacement for a major failure, and a repair, replacement or refund for other failures. Contact us, we’ll confirm the issue, and we’ll cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty item.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons we don’t offer change-of-mind returns on skincare — so it’s worth reading the ingredient list and the science library before you buy, and asking us anything first: a real person answers. These consumer guarantees can’t be excluded, and we wouldn’t want to.
Product claims
Every claim we publish is grounded in the research we cite in the science library, and we distinguish clinical-setting evidence from topical-cosmetic evidence. Skincare is not medicine; nothing we sell diagnoses, treats or cures any condition.
